Cassie believes in the importance of movement to ensure you can live your best life injury free and keep active — whether you’re 12 or 92! Her speciality is looking at the body holistically and providing her clients with the tools and techniques to be able to move properly, keep your back stable and prevent injury.

Whether you’ve had an acute injury and need rehabilitation work or you are looking to prevent injuries—Cassie will design a program specific to your needs and limitations. “I go through an initial assessment where I review your movement, posture, and musculoskeletal issues. It’s like looking for where there is the weakness in the chain and then we work on fixing it.”

She has a particular affinity for working on core stability and hips—in particular the hip/knee complex. She believes that through proper instruction, care, and specialized techniques, she can devote as much time as you need to assist you in the return to your daily living, work, and exercise.

Cassie has been passionate about sports and has been active her entire life. When she’s not helping her clients stay healthy and active you’ll find her running, boxing, participating in slow pitch
