Emily is a certified personal trainer with an extensive background in movement and dance. Her passion lies in positively impacting the overall health and fitness of her clients. Movement has always played a pivotal role in Emily’s life and its impact led her to a career in professional dance and dance instruction. Classical training, followed by 15 years of professional dance, allowed Emily to develop a strong physiological understanding of body musculature, strength, flexibility,balance, agility, and a keen eye for core alignment and posture. Paired with her dance background,Emily’s personal training experience allows her to coach an additional variety of strengths such as improved muscle density, body composition and cardiovascular health. Emily tailors customized fitness plans that are as unique as the needs and abilities of the individuals they serve. This customization encourages a variety of workouts that are both fun and challenging, while supporting clients to realize enjoyment, motivation and a sense of accomplishment in their health and fitness regime.
