Having exercise be a fun and rewarding experience is a goal of mine for each person I work with. Making them feel great after working with me brings me joy and sense of success.

I love to figure out why something hurts, feels weird or is unbalanced. Picking apart movement to get better function for my clients is a priority while still having an amazing workout.

Having patience and listening to my clients true needs and wants, allows me to get the results and surpass their goals in fitness.

I do try to teach my clients their exercises so that they can work on their own…yes I give homework!

My background in fitness started as a child with Ballet, jazz and swimming and continued into adulthood with running and weight training.

I took my education at Mount Royal College and became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I am a member of CSEP as a Certified Personal Trainer. I have also taken courses in BOSU, Pre/Post Natal, Clients with Cancer, Running Technique, Hands on Stretching and Older Adult Training.

I do continue to take courses yearly and am always seeking out help and new techniques from my peers. I believe it is important to keep learning.

Being a fitness professional is something I take great pride in and I work to create the best experience for each client.
