Kyla has advised athletes on functional living and high performance training. As the founder of Ground Zero Basics Inc. and owner of Fitness Evolution, she has the education and experience to provide clients of all levels the opportunity to realize their potential.
Dysfunctional patterns and injuries can compromise daily function and althletic pursuits. Proper strength training and effective rehabilitation are the most effective ways to recover and improve mobility and performance. Kyla works with clients to lay the proper foundation for movement, enabling each client to overcome and surpass any limitations they may face.
A former competitive swimmer and basketball player, Kyla understands the dynamic of individual and team sport as well as the commitment required to set and achieve goals. As a mother of a 10 year old son, Kyla understands both the physical and practical challenges of motherhood. Providing direction and inspiration though cutting edge nutrition and functional training, Kyla leads by example and believes in creating a balanced life.
